Smart checks on every scan
Designed with real stocktakes in warehouses and shops, so common mistakes are caught while counting, not weeks later.
First the shelf, always
Every count belongs to a shelf. Until a shelf label is scanned, nothing can be counted, so stock is always recorded in the right place.
Boxes count themselves
Scan a box barcode and type the number of boxes. The app knows how many pieces are inside.
Nothing is counted twice
If a product was already counted, the phone asks: correct the number, or add more found on another shelf.
Old and new packaging, apart
When a product changes its packaging, each barcode is marked old or new and counted separately.
Right shelf, right shop
The app remembers where products were found and warns about the wrong shelf or a label from another location.
New product? Add it on the spot
Unknown barcode or no barcode at all: type the name, add a photo and count it straight away.
No signal? No problem
Counts wait safely on the phone and are sent automatically when the connection returns, never twice.
