Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Adverts Media (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit advertsmedia.com or contact us. We are based in Malta and process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Maltese data protection law.

Who is responsible for your data

Adverts Media, Malta, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about any privacy question through our contact form.

What we collect and why

  • Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and handle any follow-up you ask for. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Technical and security data: when you visit the site, our server and security software record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the website secure and working (for example, to block attacks). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and stay secure, for example login and security cookies. These do not require consent. If we add analytics or other optional cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Who receives your data

Your data is stored on the servers of our web hosting provider, who processes it on our behalf. We may also use service providers for email delivery and website security. We only share data where necessary for these purposes, and we require providers to protect it. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA unless appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete them. Security logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, contact us through our contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we launch our online shop or add new services. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
